London speciality foods show

Today I visited the London speciality foods show at Olympia in Kensington. The show was clearly aimed at retailers and for me was slightly dissapointing as I was looking for ingredients for chocolates. There was a section in the show for chocolate and what was interesting was the high quality of packaging and the unimaginative chocolates - clearly form over function.
Only valrohna was there from the big chocolate companies and they were selling packaged products not bulk which again was dissapointing. I guess i should have guessed that it would bevthis format as irbid similar to the new York chocolate show I visited last year.
