Darryl

I utilize the J&M headset with an Autocom Active + and do not have any of these problems. I utilize a Shoei Multitec. Very quiet, with only the very slightest hint at noise, and only when the volume is turned to zero. I also have the Autocom noise suppressor wired into the system.
I have also utilized the J&M Elite on a Nolan with the same setup. No issues. I think they are giving you a line of crap. the noise may be coming from somewhere else besides the J&M.
