This is a new blog which will bring information about my journey along the kitchen and science road. This has become my latest passion and have invested in a Sous Vide Supreme Demi and a Thermomix as well as a dehydrator in the last couple of weeks - so hold on to your hat!
I have a Sous Vide course booked with Culinary Innovation on the 27th of February in London and a Thermomix Demostrators course on the 13th of February. An interesting month!
