Howard has been employed from the age of 17 when he took up a 4 year apprenticeship in photography in Sheffield.
Since then he has worked in the communications industry in a wide variety of roles - Operations, Strategy, Marketing, Product Development, Innovation and Foresight.
In 2005 he left Royal Mail to set up an run a small consultancy helping companies and individuals think about the future.
In 2007 he was tempted to move across to the US to work as a Futurist for Pitney Bowes in Stamford Connecticut.
His contract finishes in May 2009 and he is looking forward to finding out what will happen next!
